01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "noya88" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to noya88 and its affiliated operating entities responsible for operating the website at https://noya88.cam and all associated gaming services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any natural person who registers an account on noya88 and uses any of its services.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held within a Player's account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded by noya88 subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity verification process noya88 requires players to complete, involving submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and such other documentation as noya88 may reasonably request.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all transactions on noya88 are conducted.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all gaming, betting, and ancillary services made available by noya88 via its platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets, and any other product offered.
• "Prohibited Territories" — refers to jurisdictions from which access to, or use of, the Services is not permitted under these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on noya88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. noya88 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Misrepresentation of age is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or operating an account.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of noya88 or any of its affiliated entities or partner game providers.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law and where participation would expose you or noya88 to criminal liability. Indonesian players access noya88 voluntarily and at their own discretion.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or had your account terminated by noya88 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

03 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active account on noya88. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. noya88 shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify noya88 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
• Business Entities: Registrations by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other business entities are not permitted. noya88 accounts are exclusively for natural persons playing for personal entertainment.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on noya88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• noya88 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. noya88 does not charge deposit processing fees.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Typical minimums range from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• noya88 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account from which funds were originally deposited, unless alternative arrangements are approved in writing by noya88.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Your first withdrawal will not be processed until you have successfully completed the KYC process (see Clause 08).
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours during Indonesian banking hours (WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• noya88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, intermediary banks or e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction fees.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method.
• noya88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification or source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for unusually large amounts.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

noya88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements, typically ranging from 5x to 40x the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount). The specific wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates or not at all. Game contribution percentages are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 12,500 to Rp 50,000 per bet/spin, depending on the promotion). Exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days from issuance). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: noya88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, opposite betting, low-risk betting strategies, or any other pattern of play designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers.
• Right to Refuse or Cancel: noya88 reserves the right to refuse any bonus to any player, or to cancel any active bonus, at its sole discretion without prior notice.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on noya88 are subject to the following rules:

• Final Authority: noya88's decisions regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and all other disputes are final and binding on all players.
• Obvious Errors: noya88 reserves the right to void bets and correct account balances if an obvious error has occurred, including but not limited to: incorrect odds posted, incorrect game results displayed, technical glitches affecting game outcomes, or manifest pricing errors. Players have no claim to winnings arising from obvious errors.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or does not start, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the sportsbook rules. Live in-play betting carries additional specific terms regarding acceptance, settlement, and voiding conditions.
• Casino & Live Dealer: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer tables, physical dealing equipment. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are determined by the game provider and are published where applicable. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Togel (Lottery): All togel bets are settled according to the official draw results published by the respective lottery authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). noya88 is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or errors in official lottery results.
• Maximum Payouts: noya88 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any single bet, accumulator, or gaming session. Maximum payout limits vary by game type and VIP tier and are available upon request from customer support.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on noya88 and constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts, multi-accounting).
• Allowing another person to access or use your account.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing hole-card information or coordinating betting strategies to the detriment of noya88 or other players.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial or non-human interaction with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the noya88 platform or its games.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including use of stolen credit cards, unauthorized bank accounts, or fabricated identity documents.
• Money laundering or structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward noya88 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Arbitrage betting (betting on all possible outcomes of an event across different platforms to guarantee profit).

Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended. noya88 reserves the right to confiscate all balances in accounts involved in prohibited conduct without prior notice or recourse.

08 KYC & Verification

noya88 is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. The following KYC procedures apply:

• Mandatory Verification: All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawals delayed or denied.
• Required Documents: At a minimum, players must submit:
  • A clear, color photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP Indonesian national identity card, Indonesian passport, or Indonesian driver's license).
  • Proof of residential address issued within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and address).
  • A selfie photograph of yourself holding your ID document and a handwritten note stating "noya88" and the current date.
• Additional Documentation: noya88 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time, including but not limited to: source of funds documentation, source of wealth statements, bank statements, employment verification, or notarized identity affidavits.
• Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within 4 to 24 hours of document submission. Complex cases may take longer.
• Failure to Verify: If you fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first deposit, or within 7 days of a KYC request by noya88, your account may be suspended and your balance held until verification is completed.
• False Documents: Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent identity documents will result in immediate permanent account closure and confiscation of all balances. noya88 cooperates with law enforcement authorities in all fraud cases.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

noya88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account suspension include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 07.
• Abuse or exploitation of bonuses, promotions, or software vulnerabilities.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward noya88 staff or other players.
• Request by the player for self-exclusion (see our Responsible Gaming page for self-exclusion procedures).

Effect of Suspension: When an account is suspended, the player loses access to all platform services. Pending bets may be voided or settled at noya88's discretion. Balances in suspended accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In cases of material breach, noya88 reserves the right to confiscate balances without refund.

Effect of Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, all pending bonuses are forfeited, pending bets are settled, and remaining real-money balance is returned to the player's registered payment method after KYC verification.

10 Limitation of Liability

noya88 provides its Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• noya88 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• noya88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if noya88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• noya88's maximum aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• noya88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) force majeure events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, internet outages, or government action; (b) actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers; (c) your failure to secure your account credentials; (d) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence; or (e) any malfunction, error, or defect in the Services, whether caused by noya88 or a third party.

These limitations of liability apply regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the noya88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, data compilations, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property of noya88 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the noya88 platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms & Conditions or with prior written consent from noya88.
• The noya88 name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary marks of noya88 or its licensors. You may not use any such marks without prior written permission.
• Game content (including game titles, graphics, software, and rules) is owned by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, etc.) and is used under license. Unauthorized use of game content is prohibited.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which noya88 is licensed and regulated. Indonesian players access the noya88 platform voluntarily and acknowledge that online gaming is subject to complex and evolving legal frameworks.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Internal Complaint: If you have a dispute with noya88, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Provide a clear description of your complaint and any supporting documentation.
2. Escalation: If customer support cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within 14 days, you may escalate it to noya88's senior management by requesting escalation via email.
3. Final Decision: noya88's decision on escalated complaints is final and binding unless the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of an external Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service recognized by our licensing authority.

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring claims against noya88 in a class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative capacity. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

13 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

noya88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to players via:

• Email notification to the registered email address on file.
• Prominent notice on the noya88 homepage.
• Pop-up notification upon next login.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the noya88 platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance (subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements).
